As an empathetic and intuitive therapist, I provide an individualistic approach to my practice, combining a variety of somatic, cognitive, and behavioral techniques to support the whole person. I specialize in working with highly sensitive moms seeking support for children diagnosed with cognitive or behavioral disorders, as well as providing individual and family services for children and adolescents. My goal is to help clients gain higher self-awareness, allowing them to live a life of daily flow, finding joy in the small moments while supporting mothers with enjoying the journey of motherhood. My focus on holistic approaches to support clients' overall well-being is a key component to the healing process.
