The clinical therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, counseling, and supportive services for a diverse population in a fast-paced Mental Health Rehabilitative Core Service Agency. The therapist will maintain a caseload that includes adults, adolescents, or a combination of both. They are a deeply familiar with other services and resources within the community and work closely with them to provide information and support when required. Clinician will be responsible for completing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting individual, group and/or family therapy sessions, and completing appropriate patient referrals.
• Master’s Degree in a Human Services related field
• Must be licensed in the District of Columbia in one of the following licenses (LGPC, LGSW, LPC, LCSW,LMFT, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, APRN and/or RN)
• Two years minimum of direct-care clinical services with individuals with mental health diagnoses
