I am a licensed mental health practitioner that has been working in this field for over 25 years. I believe that through therapy a person can strengthen and develop new life skills that will help them cope with problems, thereby improve the quality of their life.
I graduated from Temple University‘s School of Social Work, with a master’s degree. My concentration was in health and mental health. I also trained as an MST therapist and worked with families that had children with behavior issues putting them at risk of out-of-home placement. I have extensive experience working with victims of trauma and domestic violence, people in active addiction and in recovery, and minority such as Hispanic, African American, and LGBT communities.
